The relaxing and integrative experience of sound bathing has been utilized for centuries, to help promote recalibration in the bodies cellular, and energetic systems. Donavin is passionate about learning new instruments to assist the body in dissolving old frequencies and to cultivate higher vibrations. He works intimately with quartz crystal sound bowls, the didgeridoo, and a variety of drums and chimes. Each instrument is played with loving intention, and has a specific frequency that enlivens sensation within the body. Donavin’s journeys through sound will take you deep within yourself, for a restorative and relaxing experience.

Donavin’s intention is to lead you into a whole body experience of coherency, harmony, connection and remembering.

Aria (also known as Kristina), has a passion for holding deep, compassionate space for people to feel whole within themselves. Part of Aria’s belief in maintaining optimal health, is integrating all of the body systems into the journey of self healing; the physical body, the mental body, the emotional body, and the spiritual body. She has a deep passion for seeing people fully, and brings a sense of intention and presence in every session. Aria became an RMT in 2018, and also trained in Reiki Energy Healing. She is also trained in Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitation Level 2, and is a trained Kambo Facilitator. She is currently still training in Somatic Experiencing, and is in her intermediate level.

In all of Aria’s treatments you can expect to receive a warm presence, client oriented goals for your session, and energetically intuitive hands. Her somatic-centered approach is to release tension and stress from the body in a gentle, compassionate manner to support the nervous system; and offer a supportive, healing space to recalibrate the body systems on its own time. This is beneficial for clients experiencing chronic stress, and increased nervous system responses.

Throughout her time in her RMT practice, Aria has worked with conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, facet irritation, scoliosis, SI irritation, nerve compression, muscle strains and many more. Aria has also worked with pregnancy discomfort, chronic pain & stress syndromes, and headaches.

In trusting Aria with your body and presence, you will be treated with respect, professionalism and compassion in all of your sessions.
